Switching to a new point-of-sale provider usually means leaving data behind, hours of setting up new inventory and spending money on new hardware. There's no need to worry about any of this when you switch to Hyve. We've designed the process to be smooth and painless.
Will I have to re-label my inventory?
No. When you switch to Hyve, we'll migrate all your existing product and inventory data and ensure that your barcodes work with our system.
Will I lose my sales data?
No. We will migrate all sales data from your existing point-of-sale provider.
Will I still be able to pull sales reports?
Yes. All sales reports will work as normal after the migration.
Will I lose my customer data?
No. We will migrate any customer data you have stored in your existing point-of-sale system.
How much am I going to have spend on new hardware?
$0. Hyve has extensive hardware integrations. Hyve's Register app runs on both iPad and desktop computers. The Driver App, Inventory App and Check-In App run on any modern smart phone and the Backoffice works in any desktop or mobile browser.
In certain cases, we may recommend that you purchase a different label printer to take advantage of time-saving workflows.
Can Hyve print on my labels?
Yes. Hyve already supports printing on a number of different label sizes. If we don't have a template that works for you, we'd be happy to build a label that suits your needs.
